The rough-and-tumble Harley Hooligan race action featured 40 amateur riders from across the country competing on race-modified Harley-Davidson street motorcycles. Participating race teams include Rusty Butcher, Leticia Cline, Suicide Machine Company, Speed Merchant, Noise Cycles and more. Each team is affiliated with a Harley-Davidson dealership.
