| Synopsis: What do Natalie Maines,
Andy Dick and Sara Rue, Jessica Biel and the “7th Heaven”
gang all have in common? All agreed to get in on the fun of TLC’s
TRADING SPACES! It’s a first-ever triple-play as TLC
airs three celebrity episodes on a special night - Sunday, April 13 starting
at 8PM (ET/PT) with re-air to follow on Saturday, April 19 from 8-10 PM
(ET/PT).
If you missed it the first time it aired, here’s
your chance to see Natalie Maines of the multi-Grammy winning Dixie
Chicks team up with designer Hildi Santo-Tomas to tackle Natalie’s
Mom’s sewing room. Designer Vern Yip works with Tina Maines,
Natalie’s mom and Natalie’s sister, Kim Maguire, to redo
the country music star’s multipurpose room. See why this is one
of TRADING SPACES’ highest- rated episodes ever! This kicks
off the three- hour celebrity marathon at 8PM ET/PT.
Join Andy Dick and Sara Rue, the more-than-perfect
stars of the ABC sitcom Less Than Perfect, as they Trade Spaces
at 9PM (ET/PT). Madness will ensue as funnyman Andy Dick teams
up with designer Genevieve Gorder as they work with Andy’s friend
Lacey Livingston to design a new home office for Sara. Designer
Vern will be cooking up ideas with Sara and her husband Mischa Livingstone
to update Andy’s kitchen. Tune in to see what’s sure
to be one of the wildest reveals yet! With the combination of the ever-
unpredictable Andy Dick, the madness of carpenter Ty Pennington and
only 48 hours expect the unexpected!
At 10PM (ET/PT), TLC will feature the third celebrity
episode with “7th Heaven” stars George and Geoff
Stults along with Beverly Mitchell and former “ 7th Heaven”
star, the enchanting Jessica Biel. It’s a family affair
as the WB stars swap spaces. Real- life brothers George and Geoff
Stults will see if their on-screen love for Jessica Biel and Beverly
Mitchell can translate into happiness in the home. Helping the Stults
brothers will be designer Hildi Santo Tomas as they work their magic
in Beverly’s space, while designer Frank Bielec joins Jessica
and Beverly to transform the boys’ bachelor pad. Will sparks
fly between carpenter Amy Wynn Pastor’s circular saw and the handsome
Hollywood hunks? Heaven will never be the same after TRADING
SPACES.
Each episode of TRADING SPACES provides two
neighbors with a professional designer, a carpenter, a $1,000 budget
and just 48 hours to redo a room of their choice. But there’s
a catch—they have to switch houses and have little say in the
transformation of each other’s room. The end result may be to
the joy or dismay of their neighbors.
The highly-rated and Emmy-nominated program has become
the Number One regularly scheduled primetime ad-supported cable program
and continues to make its mark on the television programming landscape.
Millions of viewers tune in to see how with a little help, imagination,
time and money, everyday participants are challenged to make major decorating
differences. TRADING SPACES airs weekdays from 4-5PM., Saturdays
and Sundays from Noon–1PM with primetime premieres on Saturdays
at 9PM (all times are ET/PT).
