Synopsis: Twenty-five-year-old creator/executive producer Seth MacFarlane serves up another season of the animated comedy FAMILY GUY. The series presents the everyday trials and tribulations of family life, but with the distinctive twist and irreverent slant that only animation can provide. Peter Griffin is the father of this not-quite-so-average family unit of middle-class New Englanders. Lois is Peter's loving wife who struggles to maintain a modicum of normalcy in their home life. Rounding out the Griffin household are their children: 16-year-old angst-ridden Meg; 13-year-old sweet-natured Chris; and one-year-old Stewie, a diabolically clever baby who's already set on conquering the world. And then there's Brian, the brainiest of the bunch, who also happens to be the family dog.

In addition to the regular cast, FAMILY GUY will feature a diverse range of guest voice appearances, including Jay Mohr, Fairuza Balk, Ben Stein, Luke Perry, Jennifer Tilly, Adam West, Lee Majors, Dawn Wells, Sam Waterston, Robin Leach, Will Ferrell, Tim Curry, comedian Alan King, former "Dallas" couple Patrick Duffy and Victoria Principal, and legendary rock group KISS.

Many of the guest voices -- including the cast of "Murphy Brown" (Candice Bergen, Faith Ford, Joe Regalbuto and Charles Kimbrough) -- will reprise their memorable roles from former hit television series. Only this time, they'll be animated.Additionally, FAMILY GUY will break away from the traditional animation format next season by featuring live action sequences, including a recreation of one of television's most memorable moments.
