Girls V. Boys: Hawaii, shot on location on the Big Island of Hawaii (Kona), features direct-to-camera commentary and behind-the-scenes banter between the six teens as they travel to various tropical locations around their new 'home base' -- a remote cottage located on a picturesque lava beach. Each team also has their own 'coach' who serves as friend, mentor and counselor throughout their Hawaiian adventures.

Additionally, the series will take a surprise twist halfway through as two popular cast members from The N's hit drama, Degrassi: The Next Generation will join Girls V. Boys: Hawaii as the surprise fourth competitors on each team.

Challenges in Girls V. Boys: Hawaii include:
· "Mystery Meat" -Each team starts by eating a big piece of unappetizing meat. Several pieces of meat are scattered throughout the ocean floor and it's a race to gather them all and be the first to build a tower of mystery meat as high as the top of a totem pole.

· "Whose Your Papaya" - Two team members are chained together while they race to find specially marked papaya trees in a huge field. The marked trees can only be seen by the third teammate who communicates to the ground via walky-talky from a helicopter up above.

· "Whatever Floats Your Boat" - Each team builds a boat with a variety of materials and must then jump on board for a mile-long journey down the river without their vessel falling apart.

· "Moolah Madness" - The two teams compete at a local public beach to make the most money selling a bottle of stinky fish essence, a bag of sand, or rotten Hawaiian fruit.

· "Hog Wild" - In a smelly, muddy, urine-filled pigpen, it's a messy race to be the first team to pull three flags off the collars of running pigs.

· "Celebritease" - It's a celebrity look-a-like contest! Judged by local high school students, each teammate dresses up and impersonates their favorite stars including Jessica Simpson and P. Diddy.
