BBC Music Creates The Best Video Of 2014

God Only Knows
The word "classic" is over-used in the music world, but one of the few songs worthy of the term is the Brian Wilson/Beach Boys tune "God Only Knows." So it's very fitting that when the BBC decided that it wanted to create a special video to promote the launch of their new BBC Music service, they decided to recreate that song.

The result is a magical performance, featuring a laundry list of 27 guest performers, ranging from Elton John and Stevie Wonder to One Direction and Pharrell Williams. Brian Wilson also makes an appearance in the video, which also includes the 80 piece BBC Concert Orchestra.

The tune has been released as a single, which is a fundraiser for the BBC Children in Need campaign.
