ABC Cancels 'Revenge' After Four Seasons

Well, it looks like those rumors are true. ABC has canceled REVENGE after a four-season run.

ABC has confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that the series will end at the end of this season. A recent ABC promo implied the show wouldn't be coming back, but the network had insisted that a decision had not yet been made about the shw's future.

"Now that everybody has seen the finale—which is fabulous—everybody understands that as much as we all adore the show, it has hit exactly the mark it needed to to end," REVENGE executive producer Sunil Mayar told the magazine "This is the series finale of Revenge that will be airing in a couple weeks."

REVENGE has struggled in the ratings for the past two seasons, averaging around a 1.0 rating for most of 2015.

The final episode of REVENGE will air on May 10th.
