NBC's 'The Good Place' Wants You To Donate To KIND

The folks from NBC's hilarious comedy "The Good Place" are looking to do a little real life good as well.

They've created a fundraiser for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), which provides legal services to immigrant children. People from the show are matching donations up to $25,000 and as I write this, donations are up to around $6,800.

Everything is... well, it could be better. Our show deals with the concepts of what it means to be good and how to do the most good for the most people. As we wrap up production on season 3 of The Good Place, let's put theory into practice by supporting migrant children, many of whom have been separated from their parents at the border. Every donation you make will be matched by the people who make The Good Place, dollar for dollar, up to $25,000, and all proceeds will go directly to KIND (Kids In Need of Defense), which provides high quality legal services to immigrant children, ensuring that no child appears in an immigration court without an attorney.
